John H Mueller is a Cincinnati native, self-taught artist and photographer. He graduated from Colerain High School in 1972 with concentration in the study of electronics. In the late 1980's, his attention was captured by the computer revolution and he has spent numerous hours discovering what makes a PC tick.

In the year 2000, John decided to jump on the digital media train and purchased a 2-mega pixel Hewlett Packard camera. Most of his shots consisted of family, grandchildren and numerous shots of wildlife that visited the lake in the park where he often spent his lunch hour. He learned many tricks visiting message boards and forums via the Internet asking questions and leaning knowledge from both amateur and professional photographers. As his interest in photography grew his pursuit for the perfect photograph soon became a passion.

In mid-2003, at the encouragement of family and friends, John decided to make his work public. He has sold some of his photography and drawings to small gift shops in the form of greeting cards. John's photography has been published in Birds & Blooms magazine, Maineville Living a local magazine and purchased on line by over seas companies to use in training seminars. His work is also found in various brochure's for the state of West Virginia, Class Vi River Runners and Wild Rock properties.

John's work is now available on line.

When asked what his future interests are, he states that his most passionate interest is to make the illusions he creates seem real.
